Our practice Treatment Coordinators from across our group attended The Dental Team Education Centre’s first-ever TCO Course – along with the king of TCOs, Ashley Latter!
On Tuesday, we held our first-ever TCO Course, along with the prestigious Ashley Latter, for our internal Treatment Coordinators and Practice Managers!
It was truly an incredible day filled with engaging presentations, centred around Patient Journeys, communication-focused activities and even a TikTok tutorial.
We look forward to more incredible courses, just like this in the near future to further develop and up-skill our practice TCO teams…
