Practice Coordinator

Are you passionate about providing excellent Dental services? We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager/Practice Coordinator to join our team in Stretford, Manchester!

The Dental Team operates 9 Dental practices across the UK, we are growing rapidly, all offering both NHS and private patients. The role will be to support the Practice Manager in the day-to-day running of the busy practice, ensuring a smooth operation.

The position will be supported by the Area Manager and the Senior Leadership Team!

We are looking for a strong clinically minded individual with a background in Dental to help build on the fantastic reputation that has been established at this Practice. This role will initially be for 9-months, with the possibility of being extended.

The Deputy Manager/Practice Coordinator role will;

  • Assist in leading the practice team in the provision of dental care services to patients
  • Work with the Clinical Team and other internal departments to ensure the practice remains compliant with the General Dental Council and CQC guidelines, to ensure the delivery of first-class patient care
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the practice
  • Have a good understanding of CQC
  • Maintaining great relationships with patients and practice staff
  • Managing Dentist diaries effectively
  • Grow the reputation of the practice

What you will bring as the Deputy Manager/Practice Coordinator:

  • Have a good understanding of CQC
  • Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
  • Management or leadership experience
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Dental experience is preferred but will consider other relevant sectors

Ability to commute/relocate: Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience: Leadership: 1-year (preferred), Dentistry: 1 year (required)
