Yesterday, we wrapped up an inspiring two-day Practice Manager Conference, a dynamic leadership event designed to empower, energise, and unite our incredible practice management teams across the group.

Held with the aim of strengthening leadership, fostering collaboration, and aligning our collective vision, the event was filled with valuable insights, inspiring discussion, and a strong sense of shared purpose.

Leadership That Drives Growth

We were privileged to hear from some of our most influential voices, including a keynote from our Clinical Director & CEO, Ramesh Sharma, who set the tone with a forward-thinking vision for our group. We also heard from senior leaders Ben Fryer, Kim McMahon, and Merryn Dawes, each of whom brought practical wisdom, leadership insights, and a deep sense of commitment to supporting our practice teams.
