We are delighted to announce, that we are launching ‘The Dental Team Education Centre’ to support our clinical teams’ further development. 

As a group, The Dental Team Education Centre is a vital connection and support network for our clinical teams as well as our peers in dentistry, by offering genuinely fantastic training opportunities. Both education and development are embedded in our ethos; so this was an organic next step to take to support our clinical teams and offer incredible treatments and care to our patients.

Chief Clinical Officer, Ravi Rattan, said: “We at The Dental Team recognise the considerable changes within dental practices to in professional standards, regulatory compliance and meeting our patient expectations. For these reasons, we are proud to have established The Dental Team Education Centre to further develop the skills and strengths of all our team members.”

Professional development and excellent skill sets with all members are what we promote to ensure we are providing a high-quality patient experience within practices for all our patients – this is truly an exceptional time at The Dental Team Group.”

Our first official course is Complaints Handling Training which is for our employed staff members. However, we can finally announce, that we are hosting our amazing first hands-on Composite Bonding course with none other than Ivoclar themselves! Our Composite Bonding course will be hosted in November, but more details on that to follow…
